Payment Options

Acceptance of orders

Garden Innovations Ltd. are only able to guarantee order acceptance and delivery to mainland UK addresses. Delivery to addresses to outside of the mainland UK are subject to checks by Garden Innovations Ltd on availability and delivery charges.  Garden Innovations Ltd. reserve the right to cancel any order prior to payment authorisation.

Garden Innovations Ltd. does not accept an ‘order confirmation’ email as an acceptance of your order. Full payment must be validated by Garden Innovations Ltd. and selected third parties before your order can be accepted. Your payment confirmation brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

Garden Innovations Ltd. accept all orders for products and services subject to availability and certain security checks.

Card Payment

You can order and pay securely online with our shopping cart. Garden Innovations Ltd. accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer Garden Innovations Ltd. and selected third parties. Garden Innovations Ltd. will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us or you fail our security checks, Garden Innovations Ltd. will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Security Assured

The shopping cart uses the latest 256bit security encryption to protect your personal information. When you enter your personal details in the checkout pages you are in a secure web site.

Transactions also require the use of the security code (CV2) number from the back of your credit or debit card. All information is only available with physical access to the card and is not stored by the web site or its servers.

Pay by Cheque

You can order online and pay by cheque by selecting the ‘pay by cheque’ option in the shopping cart. Please make all cheques payable to: ‘Garden Innovations Ltd.’

Write your cheque card number and expiry date on the back of the cheque and post cheques to:

Availability of Products

If online store products become temporarily unavailable, Garden Innovations Ltd. shall hold your order until Garden Innovations Ltd. has the product back in stock and will then mail the product to you in the usual way. In the event that an individual product becomes permanently unavailable then Garden Innovations Ltd. will seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a full refund

Products and Pricing

All product prices include Value Added Tax (“VAT”) where applicable. These may change in line with UK government, Customs and Excise, EU directives, and other legal interpretations issued by relevant authorities.

Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to outside the EU. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.

Garden Innovations Ltd. reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and at any time and the right to add or withdraw any product at any time.

 Voucher Terms & Conditions

Limit of one promotional voucher per person, per offer and one promotional voucher per order.

Promotional vouchers may only be redeemed at our Web site www.garden-innovations.co.uk toward the purchase of products listed in the literature alongside the promotional code. They can also be redeemed via phone or postal order.

Please note that a minimum purchase value may apply which is exclusive of postage and packing. Promotional vouchers cannot be used retrospectively, ie applied to orders already placed with us.

Please refer to your promotional voucher for the expiry date and any additional offer restrictions.  Promotional vouchers have a cash value of GBP 0.001 and are not transferable or assignable.

Please note that voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and normal Garden Innovations Ltd. Website terms and conditions apply.

Garden Innovations Ltd. reserves the right to cancel online vouchers at any time.

Delivery

Your order will normally be dispatched within 5 (five) working days of placing the order. Whilst Garden Innovations Ltd. make every effort to deliver goods within such timescales, however, some delays are inevitable. Garden Innovations Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard. If you have any questions about the status of your order then please contact Garden Innovations Ltd. on the number displayed at the header of all the webpages.

 

Cancellation / Returns Policy

Garden Innovations Ltd. has the right to cancel any order you make for any product if you fail our validation or security checks, or you do not pay in full your order total including additional delivery charges. In certain instances you may not receive email confirmation of an order being cancelled.  If payment has been processed you will receive a full refund.

You have the right to cancel any order you make for any product purchased through the online store for a full refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 7 (seven) days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. When returning products to us for refund or exchange, you must pay for the appropriate postage costs. Full orders returned from UK customers will receive a full refund including postage charges.

Please wrap products securely, and attach appropriate postage.  Garden Innovations Ltd. advise that returns are sent recorded delivery via Royal Mail as Garden Innovations Ltd. will not accept liability for lost returns.  In the instance Garden Innovations Ltd. are liable for return postage costs Garden Innovations Ltd.  will not refund return postage above or beyond the inital postage charge.

Garden Innovations Ltd. will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and credit card information secure but unless Garden Innovations Ltd.  have been negligent, Garden Innovations Ltd. will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the information transmitted by you when ordering products or services from the online store.

Guidance

To the extent that Garden Innovations Ltd.  are permitted by law to limit our liability to you in connection with any order, that liability will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant product(s).
